Returns & Refunds policy

All sales are final. Due to the necessary process of reserving spots, and requiring reservations, we cannot accept cancellations due to any reason other than severe weather. Rain is not considered severe weather, unless there is dangerous flooding or lightning strikes in the area. In the event the walking tour must be cancelled due to severe weather, participants will have the choice of joining a later tour on a different date or time, or receiving a refund.
